2 weeks away, and all’s well!
Only two more weeks. Wasn’t it “1 more month” last weekend? Time is speeding up…
Finally sent out the invitation to people to come along on the first leg of the journey. If I forgot to send it to you and you want to come, just let me know and I’ll be happy to have you.
It’s been neat to see how the universe has recently been connecting me with a lot of people who are able to provide guidance of things to see on this journey. I thought it might be cool to add a widget to this site for people to submit their suggestions of places to visit along the way. But until I get that up and running, just email me or leave a comment if you have a recommendation.
I started thinking that it would be fun to create some themes for this trip. An example would be to take a picture with at least one person in every town I stop at. Another thought is to leave a trinket at each place I stop at, and plot the GPS coordinates on GeoCaching.com for other people to find. Photography themes are fun, like taking pictures of Sunsets and Sunrises, flowers, churches or cool buildings, etc. Leave me some comments about your thoughts on what cool themes I could do.
